BENEFITS:

Innovative Technologies Corporation provides the following benefits package to its eligible employees. Compensation
ITC pays a competitive salary based on knowledge, abilities, and skills required for the position and the competitive market.
Profit Sharing Bonus
Historically ITC has paid a profit sharing bonus at the end of the year.
Spot/Referral Bonus Plan
All employees (except managers and supervisors) are eligible to receive a referral bonus if they refer a qualified applicant who ITC hires and they remain with ITC for 90 days.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan immediately. The company matches 100% of the first 5% of employee salary deferral and company match is vested 100% immediately.
Paid Federal Holidays
All full-time employees receive ten (10) paid holidays per year.
Vacation/Sick Leave
Eligible full-time employees accrue vacation based on number of years of service. Newly hired employees accrue ten (10) days per year. Sick leave is accrued at six (6) days per year. Total vacation/sick leave of sixteen (16) days per year.
Bereavement Leave
Up to three (3) days is provided to full-time employees to attend the funeral of an immediate family member.
Military Leave
Military leave is provided to ensure an eligible employee does not experience a loss of income for the first ten (10) days of leave for annual training.
Jury Duty and Witness Service
ITC grants up to ten (10) working days per year to eligible full-time employees.
Medical Insurance
Full-time employees and eligible dependents may participate in ITC’s sponsored medical plan. Coverage begins on date of hire.
Dental Insurance
Full-time employees and eligible dependents may participate in ITC’s sponsored dental plan. Coverage begins on date of hire.
Vision Insurance
Full-time employees and eligible dependents may participate in ITC’s sponsored vision plan. Coverage begins on date of hire.
Flexible Spending Accounts
ITC offers a Premium Reimbursement Account, Health Care Flexible Spending Account, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, which eligible employees may defer a portion of their salary before taxes each calendar year to pay approved expenses.
Short Term Disability
Short Term Disability is provided for all full-time eligible employees.  Coverage begins on date of hire.
Long Term Disability
Long Term Disability is provided for all full-time eligible employees.  Coverage begins on date of hire.
Life Insurance and AD&D
Life Insurance and AD&D is provided for all full-time eligible employees. Coverage begins on date of hire.
Professional Memberships/Subscriptions
ITC encourages its employees to actively participate in professional societies which advance knowledge and professionalism in its business segments by sponsoring job related memberships/subscriptions.
Education/Training/Certification
ITC encourages eligible employees in furthering their knowledge, skills and abilities through approved accredited colleges, training, seminars and certification programs related to company business segments. Reimbursement is based on completion of course and grade achieved.
Recreation, Social or Athletic Activities
ITC sponsors various social and recreational activities through-out the year, e.g., golf outing, summer family activity and annual Christmas party. Sporting events are sponsored per request. All employees are eligible to participate.
